How to install Service Pack A and fob file in Navision3.7DB?

Dear All,

Anyone could advise me how to install Service Pack A and fob file in Navision3.7DB? :(
You could refer e-books or guide to me to read it.

    If you have 3.70 without customization, replace all object with 3.70A. If you have some customization, you need merge these objects (transfer changes from one version into another)...

    But how to replace it, can you tell me how to do it.

    Go into Object designer and select File-Import and import the fob file. On version list which will be displayed, select replace all...
