changing customs number

Hi all,

first I want to say that I am totally new to Navision Financials, so please don't hit me if this is a stupid question. :-)

Because of new regulations we have to change our customs number. I think, this number is part of the master data. I searched for it within the Navision Financials program but I can't find it there. After searching this forum I think that we have to make this change in the database, right? But where and how?

I searched the web and the NF manual... :-k

I hope someone can help. :-) :idea:

Customs No is not part of North american database. I'm assuming you are in US.
It probably is a customization done by your solution center.
My guess they are using a numbering series.
There is probably a setup where this numbering series is setup. You need to find it and change Last number used.

I suggest to contact your solution center to get this answered.

Okay, then we have to ask them. A lot of trouble because one stupid number. :-)
