Is it possible to change the default Event Log Name for the NAS output?

I don't think there is a setting for this for NAS.

I don't recall seeing a start up parameter or anything to configure an option like that. Probably hard coded in the application.

No it's not possible. You can program messages to go to a different event log, but you would need to program that yourself. Standard messages and errors (using the C/AL keywords MESSAGE and ERROR) can only go to the default application event log.
