Tools | Object Designer | Design (make sure you have the license) | View | Sections | Click on Properties of Label and change the text.

Thanks for the information. But this solution is for NAV classic client. I have to change the labels in Role Tailored Client(RTC).

All development is done inside the classic client.

If you need to change the label (caption) of a field for a page, you can do it through the transformation tool or just as the previous poster said, by designing the page.
