error When posting Job journal with bin code in NAV 2009 BE

Hi,
In NAV2009 BE with JOB module and BIN, when I try to post Item consumption for job through Job journal by specifying location and bin number following error massager appear.
'' you do not have permission to modify records in the value entry''
It sseems eror due to BE license. But this licences has come with job as well as bin granuals.
Can some one advice me?

It looks like the CU that is modifying the value entry needs permission added.
