TESTFIELD and Caption

Det language Caption does not work withTESTFIELD from af Web Service in Nav 2009.

TESTFIELD(Status,Status::Open);

The error message is always in english. Only table and fieldname are translated.

    Yes I use SP1

    You will need to report this to MS and ask for a fix.

    I had suggested that Testfield and FIELDError need to improved and a new option need to be added to table called Importantfields

    So when Testfield Error occurs it also gives the info in the important fields, but it was rejected

    Is it possible that this could still be an issue? I don't find any KB to fix it.

    Could anyone confirm that this error occur in version 5 SP1 Build 30018, whereas in version 5 SP1 Build 26084 it doesn't?!

    It's not an issue of Build No. in NAV 5.01! There is another reason. I'll start a new thread to discuss it.
