Excel Buffer Speed

According to our invoicing staff , while running any report which using ( convert to excel ) export using excel buffer table . it give them message ( Excel Buffer table locked by user ) After that we clear table 370 ( excel Buffer) , but it's not a solution to clear it every time while the user run many reports in one time

Please advise for urgent solution

This occurs when you don't use Excel Buffer table as temporary. Change declaration of Excel Buffer record variable to be temporary and several users will be able to run reports at the same time.

in the report variable is defined as " TempExcelBuffer" ---> record excel buffer

Temporary means go to property of this variable and select yes to temporary after that clear to "TempExcelBuffer" on report before use this variable then you can run multiple reports on the "excel buffer" table.

when we use any record type variable to temporary that mean we r using that table wothout data it mean the data of temporary table is not really exist in actual table you can only use it on runtime.
