Enumerate Controls

I'd like to enumerate the controls on a form or for that matter any control container and set the properties for each control in the container. How can I do this in C/AL....?

Sorry, no containers on forms in C/SIDE, and no building forms or defining controls at runtime in C/AL, It's all wysiwyg.
