Difference in Qty in Item Ledger Entry and Value Entry

Hi Experts!!!

One of my client is using NAV 5.0 SP1 (6.0). When we run the ACIE batch job, we see the difference in the qty in the Value Entry table with qty in the Item Ledger Entry table.

Can somebody explain me any specific reason for the same?

Customer is not using manufacturing module.

Maybe the transaction was using a different unit of measure?
