2 VAT% for the same sales line

My customer can managed 2 different VAT% for the same item. An example, an item can be composed by a book and a CD (in the same packaging). In France, books are cultural items so we have to apply 5.5 VAT% but CDs are not, we have to apply 19.6 VAT%. But the book and the CD represent a single item so they want to apply 5.5 VAT% for 50% of the price and 19.6% for the other 50%. My idea was to create a new field VAT%2 (repartition % on the item card) and to duplicate code in the codeunits. But this can be long and a source of problems.

Can we imagine another way to do this? maybe using standard Nav?
