Reg Alert message in the company Name

hi,
I have created the workflow through which the alert message flows and i have added email content in them.But the requirment is that i need the company name to be displayed in them.I have created new entity for this.Now the company name is not displaying in them.
2.I have created two different entity ,which is flow in them.but the microsoft crm grid does not allow me to added the entity in the grid.
