Good Morning, Newbie here -
I was hoping to find some users who are utilizing the Service Management Module in Navision. Is anyone recieving the equipment in through the system?

I'm not sure how to do this - and when I clikc the Service Item box on the warehouse reciept, it gives me this error message:
"The CalcFormula for the ServiceIten FlowField in the Warehouse reciept Header Table should start with 'Sum(..." :shock:

Any thoughts that might send me in the right direction?

I think that this field is lookup field and is not disabled for editing. When you enter value, this error is reised. Because only for SUM fields you can enter values (and new entry is automaticly created).
