NAV 2009 SP1 Classic client exits on print

I am running 4.01 objects in NAV 2009 SP1 executables. Client is running in a Citrix session (4.5) on Windows Server 2003 SP2.

I have a custom report for the sales invoice that is sent to an Epson receipt printer (TM-T88IV) under certain conditions.

When the classic client tries this, it crashes. The message in the event log is:

The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source ( Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: finsql.exe, 6.0.29626.0, 4a849a75, user32.dll, 5.2.3790.4033, 45e7c676, 0, 00013065.

Any ideas?

Is this happen on specific report? Does it always happen?
Have you tried another printer? Or get a newer printer driver?

Specific report. (Modification of standard sales invoice to print on receipt paper).

Can't duplicate it in the dev or test environments.

Already downloaded a newer print driver. Hoping that solves the issue. Will report back.

Had connected to the printer on each Citrix server to build the printer on the server. However, this did not copy over enough of the printer driver (evidently).

I installed the printer driver on each Citrix server and the problem is solved.
