Email sending problem

Hi,

I was facing an email sending problem which was using Outlook automation ('NS Outlook Synchronization Handler'.OSendMail) to sent an email. It work fine until one of the user complain to me about his mail's recipient had received the same mail more than 1 times while he only send once to his recipient.

I had reviewed the codes and can't find any invalid looping on sending the mail. Is that possible this problem is caused by the improper installation of NAV Outlook Addin?

Or should this be the problem of email vendor? But it is proven that the user's ms outlook is perform normally. The problem is only happen when using Navision to send the mail.

I have totally no idea :? to continue on this...

anyone experience this before or can anyone give me some suggestion on this problem.

    ](*,) This problem happen only attachment with size bigger than 2MB...

    seem outlook will keep resending the mail after fail to send out...then recipient will receive more than 1 mail...

    the codes i was refer from the http://www.mibuso.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5496 is almost similar...

    Can anyone advice on me what is happening to my outlook or navision? [-o<

    This is not a navision problem.. this is related to outlook...
