Interactive Sort on AP Aging R10085

Hi,
I am adding Interactive Sort functionality to a few standard reports. This is pretty straightforward. However, I am having a problem with the Accounts Payable Aging (R10085). The Balance Due column in the Summary version of the report is not sorting correctly. Has anyone tried this and been successful? I have attached a screen shot of the properties I set on the column heading. Just wondering if this might be a SQL sorting issue?
