can any one tel me how to upgrade from 2009 DB to 2009sp1.
Is there any document?

yes it's also on partnersource where you can also download the SP1 DVD image.
Do you make it right, it works too!

The Upgrade toolkit is now part of the DVD so it doesn't come as separate object set.
Upgrading from 2009 to Sp1 only involved merging the objects that are modified and replace the rest. And it involves doing exe upgrade.
