Nav 4.0 - 5.0 sp1 upgrade Remid issue

Hello everyone

I have done a number of implementations, but i'm on my first upgrade. Maybe there is something i am missing. I generate all the necessary txt files from my customized client database and the base 4.0 database. I would like to remove object IDs from these. When i execute the REMID executable to remove IDs from the Customised objects, it runs for less than a second and generates a 600k file that i can't use anywhere for the following steps.

When i try to do it for the standard objects it takes forever. I left it running for a day and a half, and still it will be running.

Can anyone tell me where i am going wrong?
