attain 3.10.a on server2003

Hi all,
Im trying an installation of attain 3.10.A on a server2003 box,
the installation gets going, and just after the MDAC2.60 part of the installation, you see a roll-back screen, and then a screen saying:
"The wizard was interrupted before the installation of Navision Attain 3.10.A was complete.
Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, you must run setup again"

What could be the problem ?
