Error in Export company setup questionnaire into excel

Can anyone give me a solution please?
when I export company setup questionnaire in NAV2009SP1 AUS/NZ version onto excel the following error massaage appears.
''Massage is for C/AL programmers:
Could not invoke the member Xmalmap, The OLE control or Automation server returned the following massage:
The requested member does not exist or the cll tried to set the value of a read only property.''
