NAV 2009 SP1 Installation Error

hi,
Actually i am trying to install NAV 2009 SP1 in single system. Operating system in the system is Vista. SQL server 2005 is installed in the system. First i installed database component. It installed properly. Then i am trying to install server component. After installation it is giving following error:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Build 29626
Error Report
Server
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Server
Fatal error during installation.

when i am going to program file that service folder is not creating and in services also the default service(Microsoft DynamicNAV) is not there.

Can any one help to solve this problem.

did you uninstall nav2009 before installing sp1?

Thank You for your reply . yes i have install NAV2009 before. After Un-installing NAV2009 i am trying to install NAV2009 SP1. Then this problem is coming. can you tell what might be the problem
