Sessions on Citrix

Hi all!
Our client is using Citrix MetaframeXP to connect employees from France and UK to Navision.
We very often have the problem that disconnected sessions on the citrix are not killed.
Users hang in the citrix although they logged out properly and therefore are not able to login again.

Any suggestions? :roll:

Close Navision before you close Citrix. Close Citrix by using the Start button, not Alt+F4 or the little x button. That should do the trick.

We close it like this. If you don´t then the user hangs everytime. If you do it as you said, then it happens just every third or fourth time....
