can not start NAV 2009 role tailored client

i have installed sql server 2005 and NAV server service in a single computer. and i have installed role tailored client to a different computer.
but when try to start role client it says "you do not have permission to use microsoft dynamics nav server service......"
can anybody help me in this regard plz. this is my first installation of NAV by the way, really am novice in this case.

You need an uptodate License file with Service tier granule to be able to use the 2009 3 tiered environment.
