Business Notification. Schemes Fails to start

Hi Experts,
I have created a scheme from the existing template. After completing the scheme, i manually tried to start the completed scheme.
But it shows start failed: The Scheme may not be working correctly

The registry entries for the specified instance of Notification Services could not be found.

Usage: disable [-nologo] [-help]
[<component>] -name <instanceName>
[-server <databaseServer>] [-application <applicationName>]
[-sqlusername <sqlUserName> -sqlpassword <sqlPassword>]
where <component> can be one or more of the following:
-events [<systemName>]
-generator
-distributor [<systemName>]
-subscriptions
-subscribers

If the instance is not registered on the local computer,
the -server parameter is required.

I can find only Notification Service Deployment Manager service running.
Pls help to resolve the problem

On Starting of Business Notification Server, Give IP Address of Server in “Connect to Server” Dialog.

Thanks for reply.
I tried connecting and it get connected, but i could not see the other service running and when i start the completed scheme it shows start failed......
