a )Does responsibilty centre helps in following scenario.

There are two users- User A & User B - and 3 different location Blue, Red and Green.

User A is State head so he can see all the posted Invoices in Both Blue Location as well as Red Location but not green, similarly User B should be able to see only order created from Green Location alone..

Is it possible . if yes, can some one brief on that.

b) When User A is given with Blue Location, he should see Posted invoice posted only using Blue location but I am able to see all the posted invoice.. Have i given any setup wrongly?

c) In Which Document I can find detailed information about Res Centres

1. One user can see doc related to only one responsibility center to which he is associated with.

OR

2. If not associated with any RC then user will get view of all docs.

Set up responsibility centers.
Link users, customers, and vendors to responsibility centers.
