XMLPort on RTC Exports single row from table.

Hi all,
when i am attaching the customized XMLPort on RTC, its exporting only the first row from the table data,may i know the reason why this is happening.

there is some issue with xml port... can you post the xml port code...

1) The first, root element will be in the XML each time only once, if you want to export more records, you need to have these elements on nested level.
2) Check the MaxOccurs property of the element...
