Physical inventory check with Navision

HI all,

Is there any option in Nav 4.0 to check the physical inventory and system inventory with the lot number to do the stock take process.

Check the Physical Inventory Journal.

In this form u have two fields 1. qty (caluclated) 2 . Qty(Phys.inventory).

when you run the batch job system fill the both fields with the same values.


Take this report do the Physical verification in warehouse , thenenter the Physical Inventory in the Qty(Phys. Inventory) and post .

Based on that system will update the stock .

In NAV 4.0 SP3 , it was not possible to record the physical counting of serial/lot numbers in the Physical Inventory List report

In NAV > 5.0 it is avaible .
