Navision report printing - exclamation mark does not print

Hello,

I have an odd problem with printing a report in Navision.

First off all I'm going to lay out the infrastructure of the company
- sbs2003 server with sql 2005
- navision clients connect with standard windows authentication
- shared printer for all users
- reports are programmed to give a list of availed printers when the print command is given.
- Default printer has A4 as letter size

Problem: when making the report an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle is giving when a product isn't at stock. Now the exclamation is viewable on the print preview. When the report is printed there isn’t an exclamation mark on the paper. This tested with the original printer & a pdf writer.
To make it a little more odd, the prints are fine with most users. There are 2 users who can't print the exclamation mark & there is one user who has the problem in the morning and it’s solved in the afternoon.

Anyone has any id?
Thanks for the reply's

when you say exclamation mark does not print - yu really mean the picture of the mark isn't printing correct? Can we assume it's a picture your having trouble with? where is this pic stored?

it is idd the picture who isn't printing. The picture comes from the navision client exe, so it's a build-in pic from navision.
can it be that there is a rights problem with those users? Or it has something to-do with the rights

edit: to make it a little odd'r. When we connect with remote desktop to the specified computer with the same user, then there isn't a problem. Printing local afterwards then the problem is back...
