Document Approval

Hello,
In my database, I have setup the document approval with SMTP notification for the purchase order with 2 level of approvers.
1st approver is for double checking the data.
2nd approver is for the Amount approval.
Upon sending approval request, the 1st approvers gets notified via mail. Then the 1st approver approves the document, an approval entry is created but no notification via mail.? What am I missing? I check the mails in the User setup, but i think its correct.
Please suggest me. Thanks.

NAV doesn't send approval confirmation e-mail, if that is your question. If you want it to send e-mail to inform of approval, you will have to modify code.
