Basket Error after deleting articles - NAV - Commerce Server

Hello,
we've a problem with a Navision 3.7 and Commerce Server 2002 System.

After we deleted a couple of articles in Navision, the baskets of some customers, who has some of these articles in their basket, doesn't work.

For Example, a customer added article "A" to his basket, then we deleted article "A". Now If he try to open his basket in the Webshop, he get an error message and can't open the basket. By our other customers the basket work's without problems.

We tried to restore the deleted articles, without success. The basket also show's a error message.

Does anybody know, where the basked is saved (in Navision or in the SQL DB??)? Or does anybody know how to clear the basket of a customer??
