Actual Consumption without routing

Hi,

How do to compute an Actual consumption,
This is our scenario:
1. BOM components consist of Item 0001 consist of 0.02 Qty and
Item 0002 with 0.05 Qty to produce Finish Goods Item 0003.

2. We Create a Prod. Order With finish Good Item 0003 with qty 2 and run an output Journal.

3.We run the consumption journal using Cacl. Consumption with actual output option.

But the result in NAV were consist of....

Item 0001 Qty 1
Item 0002 Qty 1

but we expect the consumption as the Actual Qty, so it should compute as defined in the BOM multiply the Production Order.

It should be like this...

Item 0001 Qty 0.04
Item 0002 Qty 0.1

Is there a process we miss? Please advise.Hoping for your reply.Thanks

To calculate actual consumption you can define the unit of Measure code on Bom Lines

check the Rounding Precision field In Itemcard ( Replenishment Tab). Based on this field system will roundup the quantities.
