Include Page into RTC

I have created one page using Transformation Tool. Now i want to include it in RTC. How to that.

hi Mohana,
Thnaks for reply . i want to know how can i make a page to be use by a particular RTC user only. And one more thing how can i know what profile is using which form. Suppose for a particular user i want to assign a page. how to da that???
