NAV Upgrade to 2009

Does an end user company with the Application Builder granule have the necessary permissions to perform an upgrade from say 4.0 to NAV 2009?

They need the granules to run the CU upgrad step 1 and 2. So with the customer license they probably won't be able, but a developer could renumber them.

Yeah, you could also renumber them in the text file, although that is a little more difficult. I think if you try to renumber in Object Designer it will tell you that you don't have permission to read the object.
