use Vietnamese in NAV 2009

I had installed NAV 2009 in Window server 2003 (english) and SQL2005.
I need to input vietnamese in navision and display the input text in navision. However, I cannot make it work.
What I had done before:
- change the window server, the non-unicode locale to vietnamese.
- change the SQL server 2005 database locale to vietnamese.
- install the unikey to input the vietnamese character.
PLease suggestion the solution.
