upgrade from 3.7 to 4.0sp3

Dear all ,
i am trying to upgrade one of my client database which is in 3.7 to 4.0sp3
i have merged objects, but when i try to dataupgrade i found some problem.

1. converted 3.7 database into 4.0sp3 fin
2. import the Upgrade370400.1.fob
3. Run form 104001, Upgrade - Old Version, from the Object Designer.
4. For each company, on form 104001, click Transfer Data. This will run codeunit 104045.
5. On form 104001, click Delete Objects
6. tried to import Merged Objects

now i got an error that you don't have license to remove the fileds
Yes 13707 Amount Including Excise Decimal
Yes 13708 TDS Nature of Deduction Code 10
Yes 13709 TDS Assessee Code Code 10
Yes 13710 Party Type Option
Yes 13711 Party Code 20
Yes 16354 Cheque Date Date
Yes 16355 Issuing Bank Text 30
Yes 16356 Month Integer
Yes 16357 Year Integer
Yes 16372 Cheque No. Code 10

all these are Indian local fields in 3.7 but these are removed in heigher version4.0sp3.
and i have some data in those fields.

so i am trying to import the objects in 3.7(converted with 4.0sp3 fin),

any solution for this?

That sound like you using UpgradeToolkit from W1 version instead of Toolkit specify for database country?
