Up gradation

Hello everyone,
I am doing up gradation of a company which have 4.0 sp1 database and as we know that there are three version of 4.0 database (SP1,SP2,SP3) so my question is that Can i up grade directly 4.0 sp1 to 2009 database or i have to change first 4.0 sp1 to 4.0 sp3 .

Dont know about 2009 because i dont have 2009 in my country yet :?
This must be write in documentation of upgrade toolkit which you are using.
Ya,U can directly upgrade from 4.0 to 2009.

I have a same issue, too.
When I try to upgrade it with upgrade toolkit I get an error related with datatable 5823.
If you upgraded your db successfully, please write a short review of how you did that.
