error while exceuting page

Hi All,
I am trying to create a new page in classic NAV 2009 for customer Card,
but while executing the page from command prompt using

Dynamicsnav:////runpage?page=50000

, i am getting an error."An error has occured while establishing an connection to server"..what can be the problem. I have checked the licence also.
