Unable to upgrade from AX4.0 TO AX 2009

I am unable to upgrade from AX 4.0 to AX 2009 as there is an error coming at the time of pre synchronization in the Data upgrade cockpit form, moreover I am not able to see the error message as it shows nothing while I click on the view job errors button so can't proceed.The error description is "Fix custom field id mismatches on standard tables."
