i'm worried you have to ask your local MS referent (or how the hell it is called :-k ) to send you the text file, we have done it a pair of times and they sent us the file in 1 to 3 working days, if i remember...

You can download your license off CustomerSource. It's the same thing that your partner would send you. You can also see when your maintenance is due, what plan you are on, etc from there.

You mean the enhancement renewal date? You can find out your maintainence expiration date on CustomerSource. Even if you cannot access customersource, the folks at the MSFT marketing department always send you promotional fliers about your account.
