it's impossible for 1 invoice document to have 2 currency.
you have to create 2 invoice for that kind of transaction : 1 invoice for item A & C (USD) and 1 invoice for item B (LCY)

It is not possible by design, because currency factor is in the document header. You cannot have more currencies or currency factors on one document. Question is, why you cannot create more documents? Is really the customer using such a documents?

For sure the client is not Indian as the RBI laws do not allow such document.

it's not possible in standard navision, i'm not sure why your client insist on a signle document in navision, if just for print out, you can design a special report to print 2 orders in 1 paper.
