Employee Portal : Insert Head Issue (Urgent)

Hi,

I'm using employee portal 2009 and when i try to insert line into my customized table through web part, the line gets inserted in table but with blank data...
I have done changes in CU 6822 as per my customized table and that is why the line is getting inserted but the data is not updating...
data types of the fields in the primary key for my customized table are:
option string,code[50],code[20]....

The line is getting inserted with the first string in the optionstring and the rest fields are blank....

Plz help.....
