Adjust cost stucked for an item in between!

Dear all,

We used adjust cost batch twice a week, and it ran fine. We have scheduled the report in off hours.
Today we checked that it has not run since 10 days.
When we ran it manually, it goes on progressing, and then stucks for one item. We waited for more that 2 hours, but it is still stucked. The entry number is getting changed after 10-15 minutes, but item number is same.

Can somebody help me understand why this could happen, and how to solve it???

    You will need to implement the latest Service packs that are available.

    I suggest to contact your solution center.

    For right now you can filter that time out and run adjust cost.

    Have a look at the item and see if you can identify whats wrong with it.

    Then you can run the batch job manually again for only that item on one of the 5 nights you do not run it. That should clear it out.

    then check the adjustments it makes.
