Upload Customer License to SQL Database encouter error.

Hi,
I have encounter upload license problem.
System return the error message as below:

You do not have permission to run the "Per-database License" System.
Contact the system manager if you need to have your permissions changed.

Goto File->database->alter->Integration tab.

You'll see an option called Save license in the database.
Uncheck that and then load the license.
