Create SQL Database with Polish CRONUS AG

Hello,
i try to create a SQL Database with the standard Attain 3.70 Cronus Company from Poland.
There is no way to create it, i think the problem is the sorting option and the codepage.
can anyone tell me which option i have to choose to import the backup?
