How to attach image ?

How can i attach image as i tried to attach one print screen and i got this message

"The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high. The submitted image is 1280 pixels wide and 800 pixels high."

File format was Jpeg.

Resize your image so it is less then 1024 x 768 pixels. Every image that is uploaded uses extra diskspace, that's why there is a limit on the size.
