Upgrading from 2.60 with property 'DataPerCompany=No'

Hi everybody
Can someone tell me how to deal with tables where property
'DataPerCompany' is set to 'No'.
Do I have to make changes in 2.60->3.70 upgrade-toolkit, and what else to take care of during the upgrade.
