PO Authorization - Hyperlink.

Hi,

In Nav 5 and onwards a new PO approval functionality has been introduced.

Even PO approval / rejection mails can be send.

My question does the mail contain any hyperlink to the PO.

It does, i hope u have set it properly.

I tried to attach image here but got this error message

"The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high. The submitted image is 1280 pixels wide and 800 pixels high."

In any case templates are available in Product Folder itself.

The Approval Mail that I receive doesn't have the section

" To View your document for approval , please use the following link"
and
the Hyperlink"

Can you share the approval template.

I think the URL specify only the path of NAV client. I blve it will not take you directly to the PO document in NAV.
