Bom Journal & Lot Number

Hi Experts

I using BOM journal to get output (Finished goods). The problem is the Input Item has lot number & so also the output item. In BOM Journal Its possible for me to give Output Lot number , but I am not able to select the Input lot number.

Where should I give Input lot number.

Is it possible to post BOM journal with Lot number??

Line Kit Lines -> Line Item Tracking Line. Pick up the Lot No. for Input and for output u can always create a new Lot No. If u do not have Kitting in ur db the name wud be Assembly list (i think so) but it is present as a default feature.

Thanks for your prompt reply, I am using Indian version, there is no kitty lines. IN BOM Journal I am able to give Lot number only for output entry, So How do I select Lot number for Input Item #-o

you cannot with a bom journal.
You have to use manufacturing module .
