Question about Select Entries Menu Item in Item tracking Lines form
1. Qty is 20 (serial tracking)
2. Select Entries -> selected first 5 lines out of 300 lines
3. Clicked on OK
4. But system automatically filling up 20 lines

I want to select first 5 lines from the screen, then after want to select 15 lines randomly. How I have to do? Is any one experienced with the behavior of Select Entries function?

Sumit

System selects first available 20 entries.
Delete 1 from system selected Quantity column, which you do not want to take.
Put 1 in same place for Sl. no row you like to select randomly, (provided in this row Available Quantity =1),

Make sure to put 'SN Specific Tracking' for the Item in Item Card.

Mark the records and view marked only and then click on Ok and

if u find this is more work and want to make easy u can check using "set selection filter". I think shud work on this form as well.
