SMTP mail setup giving error

hi all

i have set SMTP mail setup for mail in Approval Of documents in Sales Order but when ever i click sent for approval it gives error
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic
The SMTP mail system returned the following error: (0x80040211): The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x800ccc15. The server response was not available
OK

I have configure SMTP mail setup as:
My Outlook SMTP sever name
Basic
Userid as my outlook mail id
and my password

Is there any other thing to do or any kind of suggestion
