Exchange Rate On POS

Dear All,
When i am trying to pay cash on LS Retail for foriegn currency, i get this situation,when paying one dollar it is taking exchaneg rate aND when i pay more than 5 dollar it is taking different exchaneg rate ,,any help on this Please,,, how can i setup it to solve the error,,, for example actual exchange rate is 1 to .262 but when i pay one dollar it takes it .260 but when paying 5 it takes it at .262 ...
